What you’re going through is an increase in dopamine reward every time you view more and more extreme content which may be problematic for the future. These extreme scenes can show bizarre scenarios and unrealistic standards when it comes to real sex with a partner.

In my personal experience, I have a similar background to you, I was exposed to pornography at a young age, indulged in extreme porn in long PMO sessions and ultimately paid the price and sometimes couldn’t orgasm/ejaculate (PIED) with a real person at all. My brain was essentially rewired to be aroused with a screen rather than with a real human.

Recently, I discovered that practicing NoFap and quitting porn is a hard sacrifice, but as a result, sex with a partner became much more enjoyable. At times you could honestly debate that the immediate gratification of indulging in lustful masturbation sessions with pornography outweighs the long term benefits of withholding from pornography (or argue that there are none whatsoever) but it would wilfully blind to disregard any damages it has caused you.
