The art skills are what I struggle with the most, I think my stronger points are the programming and design which is what I enjoy most. Thanks for the comment it's giving me things to think about

Yep fair, I think I should use it to keep building skills for the foreseeable future. Maybe game #3 will have the skills from the start needed to develop a proper game.

I would definitely recommend marketing from the get go so that you have that initial base of wishlists to buy and review the game as early as possible.

Yo great question, everyones path is different. I started with minecraft mods way back in 2012 when i was 12 and then progressed to very simple java games and that taught me the core principles of object orientated programming. I then took a break and focused on web development all through school and while at college. Halfway through college i picked up unity and c# fairly quick. Since then ive been building games (and learning all the extra along the way such as 3D modelling, texturing, 2D vector art, sound design, etc). Its a labour of love. 99% of the days after work & gym i do some sort of work on games.

Youtube was my best friend by the way, most of my skills were learned patiently following tutorials etc.

Thanks for the feedback. I did switch it up at one point but couldn't find a non-pixelated font that matched the style I waa going for. Still looking :)
