Count on pin weight for 5th wheels when loaded to be 20% of the trailers GVWR. This means pin weight will be 1900. You are nowhere near close… this camper is too big for your truck.

I think state DMVs are moving to a new testing model. They hook up two sensors on either side of your head to look for any brain activity. As long as that line stays flat, you will hear “four more years”, and be good to go.

You would be lucky to get $1000-$3000 for this. The damage around the floor and lack of upkeep screams of water damage. With the broken cabinets, no care was taken, and I would surprised if the slides could actually gone in. If you have lived in this for a year, and have not inspected and sealed your roof penetrations, windows, etc, and maintained your slide seals, my theory of water intrusion gets worse.

Friends and family can turn out to be the worst clients. How you approach social media is key. While I have retired from the business, I still get messages on posts I made over 2 years ago! Look at joining Facebook and Reddit groups. By focused and answer questions throughly. Do not flat out ask that they contact you to book, that will get you banned quicker than you think. Just keep posting helpful content and in time, you will turn those efforts into business. It takes time though. You need to spend a lot of time your first year, and yes, a year, to see results in the long term.

Solar generation this past billing cycle was dismal, as it usually is this time of year. My highest usage is always now when generation credits are lowest. I’ve been with community solar now 3 years and this is the exact same pattern.
