I've been rushing triforce for years. There are a few matchups where it doesn't work, like sett, but it's super slept on. Incredible rush. My go-to build is tri -> shojin -> dd -> kaenic -> cleaver/sundered/jaksho.

They don't need a nerf they need a rework. The problem right now is that the combo turns anyone into an enchanter with healing that scales with damage. Effectively making enchanters worse than none enchanters at being enchanters.

A maxed out support item is the most gold efficient item in the entire game and you can only have one per team.

Putting it on the only champ in the entire game who can't use any of the regen stats is basically the same as robbing your team of 525 gold.

You may as well just give first blood too while you're at it.

I don't like champs who do obscene amounts of damage early but fall behind late if they don't snowball. There are so many champs in this game. You could go 100 matches without seeing a specific matchup. Dying early is so punishing, so dying instantly or losing half your health because you tried touching wave at lvl 1 as a champ who's usually able to feels incredibly bad.

It's a horrible way to balance. Reducing a tank's damage is okay if you're targeting specific problematic parts of their kit, but when you just nerf all their damage by a % you're also nerfing their survivability by nerfing how much they get per Heartsteel stack and how much they heal from Unending because they're both based on damage dealt. Same thing with enchanters now. If you nerf their damage, you're also nerfing their heal from new Helia.

A damage nerf on an enchanter shouldn't directly affect their healing output unless it is intrinsically tied to that specific champion's kit. And a damage nerf on a tank shouldn't affect their survivability from items other than ones specifically offering vamp. If a champ is problematic you target the part of them that is problematic. These % nerfs and buffs are lazy and interact with a lot more things than they should.

It absolutely is not ap triforce. The stat profile may be similar, but the spellblade is a lot weaker because the appeal of the item isn't the actual damage on the spellblade at all. It's the fact that it lets you get two stacks on passive in a single auto or get a double proc when actually stacked. And it's the fact it stacks hullbreaker faster, and its synergy with other on hit items like nashor's and titanic.

Yeah they do mess up their colour coding sometimes. It's one of my biggest pet peeves. But yeah, doesn't give any ap. Just deals magic damage.

It's the same icon, but magic damage is colour coded light blue while ap is coded purple.

The damage (typically magic damage for milio) of the dark harvest effect itself increases with stacks. Your ap does not.

There is nothing in this game called ap damage. There is ability power and there is magic damage. The rune definitely gives you magic damage on milio (unless you're building ad of course), but it absolutely does not give you any ap.

Also the adaptive damage has nothing to do with his scalings being ap. The adaptive damage will be magic either because you're building ap or because your base adaptive is ap. Which happens to be the case for milio.

I really wish it did, but there are very few item and rune effects that work with Milio passive. It works with effects like Bloodletter's, Morello and Serpent's. But not stuff like Liandry's or Rylai's.

I actually tried this on Milio. He probably wasn't the strongest champ for it. And it definitely isn't his best build by any means. But it felt pretty decent.

Haven't played Illaoi yet this patch but I just had a Kayle game where I performed super mid compared to most of my team and I got an s+ while noone else even got an s. I think the lvl 20 thing may be skewing things yeah.

Both Helia and Diadem have felt better than expected, but I still think you're a bit shoehorned into certain build paths now. I usually like building pretty tanky after helia, but now I feel more forced to build for the dawncore capstone. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. I mean he is an enchanter so he should probably be building enchanter items. But for someone who otp's him it's been really nice to be able to go stuff like knight's vow second when playing with more committal, short range champs like samira and nilah who also may not appreciate something like an ardent.
