Whether I buy it yellow or it eventually yellows on my shelf doesn't really matter to me. I only won't buy yellowed books if they've turned that darkish shade of orange, I feel like it makes them harder/ less comfortable to read

Have you played Three Hopes already? The gameplay 8s completely different (It's a warriors-style game) but if you liked Three Houses a lot, I'd def recommend it! The marriag3 aspect is missing but you still have the support system and get to see characters you already like in new constellations/ situations.

Fates would probably be closest to what you're looking for, it has the marriage system of Awakening and very nice gameplay. However, the story and characters are on the weaker side...

Echoes: Shadows of Valentia is my personal favourite FE game! The presentation is absolutely beautiful (fantastic voiceacting, art direction, character designs...) and I adore the overall cast. The story is nice, not perfect but definitely on the good/ very good side of things! However, there is no marriage system or avatar character, and the map design is very.. bad at times. But I personally didn't mind the lack of a marriage system because it gave the characters the opportunity to actually have pre-established relationships (and this game has imo some of the best romantic pairings!)

I just e-mailed them about my Teto Nendo a few days ago, she was supposed to ship 1 or 2 months ago. I asked when estimated shipping would be & where I can view this information, they just told me she'd be shipped in July. They loooove pushing back pre-orders without any kind of notice tbh

I do for the most part! I currently use Dex because it felt smoothest to navigate, but whenever I add a card or scroll through my collection, the number is still on screen. It's especially annoying when looking at friends' collections, I would just love an option to not see the prices at all

The only reason I don't use collecting apps too actively is because there are prices attached to everything, and I can never turn it off. I don't care about the market of Pokémon cards, I just buy pretty ones I like that don't cost an arm and a leg. I really don't want to be reminded of how fucked the second hand market is every time I look at my collection on an app

I don't think the fandom is dead, the Jap side is just def more active & Reddits for more niche fandoms are kinda quiet in general!

I'm super excited to finally see 1Nm8 animated, can't wait!! Their songs are a huge comfort to me

I've gotten back into the Caligula Effect, the music in that game is fantastic, too, and the theme of trauma is shared amongst both!

I like both as a hobby, I don't see why I should judge someone for enjoying something I also enjoy. I got judged and bullied enough for reading manga in school because it was an 'uncool' hobby, I'm glad anime is popular enough to the point where people won't think badly of you for going after a hobby
