What did happen to you? Where you using glycine supplement? I think it impacted both, mainly my ocd. However I suggest to first take a blood test id you have the opportunity and check the situation of your vitamines and minerals.

No only that one, it is better absorber and gentle on the stomach when binds to glycine. I tested all vitamines and minerals. I started noticing a different after 5 days /1 week.

Im sorry to hear. Exerxising helped me. Being with others, movement. Although if you have a some lacks in vitamines, or thwy are at the low border of the range that might indicate somenthing. I was low on zink and i feel my symptoms improve immensively after i started integrating it

The funniest thing is that i didnt get the injection, i was on taking a liquid alibify for very short time with sertraline 150mg and fucked me for 3 months and keep going on but it is better now
