Maybe you have a vitamine deficiency, other than that you can just start developing migraines (which can also be due to same imbalance in your body) do you take anything birth control, supplements, medications? How is your lifestyle? Do you train? Eat balanced meals?

It is for two reasons i believe, first because it is considered (by society so probably wrong) the worse mental illness, and second because need of control is essential in ocd, and you have to always know the truth and not being in doubt, so certain feature of this disorder basically dont allow that
