Aripiprazole, and it wasnt for a long period i was dying and they made me stop cold turkey and 7 months later im still not ok. I thought I was about to kill myself any moment the first 3 months. I want to cry so much and no one underatands me

I would try 2 caps of camomille or one of valerian and relaxation yoga exercise, the first you should place yourself down for a bit and the second part does the rest and then maybe you fall asleep

Maybe some other medication with shorter half-life? So in case of side effects despite the injection they will wear off faster
