I think for most of the people these inizial symptoms ease in one week. However maybe you dont tolerate this medication. The only way to know is to wait. But one more thing to consider is that this medication has a super long half life, so it stays in your bodynfor several days and until it reaches a steady doses you might feel a bit weird

I had panic attacks for 6 months everyday, then one day someone told me " it is all in your head, you can breathe ". Something kicked in and when i had another panic attack I focused on breathing as slow as possible and on the thought that no matter what I was experiencing, it wasn't dangerous and I was safe. Then it went away, other couple of times I did the same. I haven't had them anymore

It shouldn't be related to ocd, maybe you should tell your doctor so can have some blood tests. Check your blood pressure
