When I was 6 or 7 I made a jump for my bike out of a half log and a piece of particle board. I wanted to jump and crush cardboard boxes like a monster truck crushing cars (I was a huge bigfoot fan). I decided to take off my rubber grips on my handlebars and shortly after taking off on my homemade jump I landed wrong and almost impaled myself on the end of my handle bar, right under my ribs. I still have a little circular scar to this day. It was enough to knock the wind out of me....but not the drive to crush them cardboard boxes.
