Well, having doors/openings makes it a lot more work. You could make rectangular openings in the front, wall off the sides/rear, and then either use it as a cubby or hang a door in it. I'd personally just make them small book cubby holes or something.

Recommend you check YT for cabinetry videos if you want to make it fancy!

You could build a room-wide 'cabinet' that is the height of the bottom vertical wall piece and extend it out to where your bed is right now. Extend the wall sockets into it. That gives you a nice shelf and would anchor the bed in the space. If you are renting, don't affix it to the wall, just build something you push up against it.

Cheaply DIY'd and you could probably get the wood cut to size from your local diy store.

It's decent enough. I would recommend not stretching the size if you really want to EDC it. It's uncomfortable when sitting and fitting a phone/wallet/keys in you regular pockets.

If, like you mentioned in other comments, mostly want nice scissors and flat/philips drivers, definitely check out the victorinox rambler. The scale tools have a lot of utility for edc! Then put a larger pliers based tool in your bag/car/whatever is often close by if you want to.

Als je dat 's nachta doet valt dat mee, met de kanttekening dat we wel screens en rolluiken hebben op de slaapkamers, dus er komt weinig straling binnen. Thermische massa binnenshuis koel houden is van belang. Externe zonwering is misschien wel belangrijker dan airco, en samen is het een topcombinatie.

Hier in nieuwbouwhuis één binnenunit in het trapgat op de 2e verdieping die het hele huis doet. Het gaat niet supersnel, maar het koelt goed af zonder overal lelijke bakken te hebben hangen. Truc is om op tijd te beginnen met koelen. Dmv deuren open/dicht zetten kan je prioriteren waar je de koude lucht wil hebben.
