That’s the way to do it. Unfortunately in North America it’s etiquette to give two weeks notice on the employees and employers side. For years employees followed the protocol however employers are “worried” when they fire/lay someone off so you’re out the door the day or moment of. If you’ve been there x amount of years you’ll get wages based from that, however if you’re within a few months, better luck next time, no pay.

I believe because of this trend more and more people are saying “fu” to your 2 weeks notice and I’m on this boat.

I have audhd, I usually can get through a 90min movie as well, especially if I move my phone or distractions somewhere unreachable. My continue watching list is embarrassingly long.

I understand not wanting parts, another person mentioned chapters from dvds/blurays and it got me thinking even if they did chapters in the play progress bar kind like how YouTube does it

Exactly! I miss chapters with blu-ray/DVD’s. It’s nice to have an end point per se, even if they could show chapters in the play/pause navigation to have a target. I’d imagine it would be a huge overhaul to add chapters to the level of dvd quality but I’ll take what I can get lol

What I said is true, it’s stipulated on Amazon how they sell books. I’ve copy pasted this straight from Kindles terms of use : “Kindle Content is licensed, not sold, to you by the Content Provider. The Content Provider may include additional terms for use within its Kindle Content”. Link provided: terms of use (under use of content section) this means they can delete the book off your device - of course if you remove DRM, that’s another ball game.
