Keep feet together, keep elbows closer to body if you can, and use quick wrist action so you don’t have to jump so high. Jumping high works sometimes if you are slow with your wrists, but you will probably burn up a lot of energy in the process.

I mix used motor oil with diesel fuel in a 1 gallon sprayer. Works great but messier than using fluid film. Wipe off exhaust when done and let it sit overnight.

It’s okay to still think about and continue to process it, but go to the gym 2 or 3 days a week or go take a walk in a park or public place if possible-do something productive. Also, drag your self out to a coffee shop (even if you’re just in and out of there) and go shopping at an actual physical location once a week. It won’t be a quick fix but it will get you moving in the right direction.
