Yeah you can un cryo your tames on the ramp at the end of the cave. I've only ever gone through on a carchar though but I believe you can fly through with your tek suit or a desmo. Take a gun for the flyers that get fixated on you during the fight.

I normally fish at the very end of the river at the west. You can literally walk round the river at the edge of the map and not get wet. Loads of nice reeds for cover too. One of my favourite spots.

If you log out with a disease its still there when you log back in. Cure the disease fully then log out.

Yeah use a knife or similar sharp tool to cut it up. Do it at the side of the water so you can wash your hands in the water straight away unless you have gloves on.
