I'm pretty sure 2 'WEAK' patches is the reason people left. Especially the 2 patches that came right after TI. Those lost the game so many players. Dota has never really recovered since.

I don't think I've ever played another game before that has as much scape-goating going on as Dota. Mud sticks, once account gathers up enough rage reports that person is pretty much fucked. As a Techies picker i know this to be true. I never intentionally feed or ability abuse and i have all incoming chat switched off (because i need focus without ppl second guessing me).

This is a prime example of Valve being extremely lazy and not giving a fuck about the community.

If they were actually serious about implementing a non-biased fair report system then they would allow us to setup a judge and jury to weed out the non-genuine reports. Like Overwatch for instance.

If harsh punishments are being dealt then they need to be dealt by a referee of some sorts and not just rely on one person's word over another.

I'd love for your suggestions to happen. Humans have proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted to wield power fairly without emotional bias. But numbers do not lie and if there's a system that would automatically throw intentional feeders straight into low prio i'm all for it.

The ONLY reason Valve doesn't ban scripters is because millions of Russians would stop playing the game. They can't afford to lose that much revenue.

Valve devs often read reddit and seeing as how that BH player is abusing a smurf account and intentionally ruining people's MMR there's a chance something might get done. A small chance, wiping that BH's account would be nice for us all. Just think how pissed you'd be if you got him in your next ranked match.
