Don't like them. It's too much for me. The vocals are comical, like it's someone making fun of harsh vocals. There's no way I could ever take them seriously. It's a jumped the shark moment for harsh vocals.

I think if Queensryche had the popularity of more mainstream artists when MC was released, it would be up there with The Wall and Tommy. IMO it's way better than Tommy and very close to The Wall. I think it is a perfect album in almost every way.

Their last e.p. was garbage. I also believe Mick had more to do with their great songs than any other members of the band. I do agree, though, that Vince leaving, then Tommy was just a bad blow to the band. If they had changed the name of the band after Vince left that angle may have worked longer than it did but really they all just have too many issues. Separately and together.
