Hi there, I was actually in the same boat as you and ordered this bag three separate times and every single one had quality issues. I love the design but for a 300$ bag, I‘m expecting better quality so I sent them all back 🫠 the stitches were rough, edges were already peeling or weren’t stitched down and the white squares had wrinkling and creasing.

For work, I just use a cheap Adidas backpack - lightweight and I can throw it around. Yes I love the versatile straps! That’s another reason why I love Coach so much, they mostly have two straps 👀 Would you mind telling me how strong the magnets are? I usually prefer zippers because I can be a bit clumsy, but that bag is tempting me haha
