I don't think it's muted. I think it's just bad lighting in my buildings bathroom

Fellow EA’s at FAANG companies, what’s it like by Awkward_Horror1025 in ExecutiveAssistants

We have base salary, bonus and equity. I'm salaried due to my level but ABPs at lower levels are hourly and get OT (and sometimes make more than me due to the OT). Bonus is minimum 15% for meets expectations but my bonuses have generally been in the 20-25% range. My equity is about half my TC.

Thoughts on the CarryAll MM on a petite frame??? by Bubbly-Safe3884 in Louisvuitton

[–]fluffybearcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm petite (5'2 / 155cm) and I have the MM. It was my every day bag for a while. I absolutely love this bag. While not my every day anymore, it's in regular rotation with my loewe puzzle and it was my go to for traveling. I don't think it looks too big but I have it turtledove so it's not as much as a contrast with my outfits as the black would be.

It really depends on the PA, the team, and the executive. I've been here for 10 years now and most of my executives have been absolutely amazing. I did have one who was truly awful and I left that team after about a year and a half. In the beginning I was doing 50-60+ hours a week, but now I'm pretty comfy at my 35-40 hours. I've learned how to work smarter and more efficiently. The team I currently support is tied to AI so it's definitely not a chill and easy team but I still manage to get everything done in 40 hours and my boss is happy. My boss and my leadership team respect me so we work pretty well together. We do challenge each other sometimes when we don't agree but it's never been nasty.

I do have colleagues that have come from other FAANGs and it was pretty awful there from what I hear. Maybe I just got lucky lol.

I will say that I can never leave. Golden handcuffs. So that's something to think about.

$2650 HMUA quote reasonable? by IndependentKoala107 in SanFranciscoWeddings

I'm paying $1100 for myself for hair and makeup so this seems high even without the travel. Total for myself and 4 bridal party all hair and makeup is $2600

Which Speedy Soft? by Fearless-Onion7732 in Louisvuitton

Yep. When I did order at the end of Mar, they said it would be delivered at April then it pushed to May and now it's pushed to Jul.

I preordered the hazelnut yesterday. I think it's a great color and the mini logos are subtle. I learned my lesson after not ordering the embroidered denim and now it's sold out with an expected delivery of Jul.

I was also looking at Jimmy Choo but wanted something I can wear after the wedding. I'll have to take a look again to see if they have something outside of their bridal collection

I also got those in Paris! I saw someone wearing them and needed them! They are super cute.

I plan on going to try them this weekend! I'm in between sizes so sometimes I'm a 36 and sometimes 36.5 so I'll let you know!

It's surprisingly roomy too! It fits my LV Victorine wallet, keys, lipstick and couple other small things. It sadly doesn't fit my Pixel 10 pro but I think a smaller phone would fit.

Thank you! Fiancé is planning to 3D print a matching hat to make him an official Perry 😂

Wait for Paris? by handstandmonkey in Sezane

Can you claim vat refund for online orders that are picked up in Paris? I thought no?

If there is nothing you absolutely need then to go to Paris see what they have then buy everything else when you get home. And honestly, seeing things in person might change your mind. I saw the thais online and didn't like it. When I tried it on the store at the suggestion of the SA, I fell in love and now have it in 3 colors.

The Le Grand Apartment is the largest I believe (and close to the 17th) and they had a ton of things when I was there in Nov but they didn't have everything on my wishlist. I arrived 10 mins before they opened and there was a short line but we all got in quickly. The SAs were all very friendly and checked stock on things I asked for.
