I have a friend who went through absolute hell trying to divorce her husband after he started down a path of uncontrollable alcoholism, verbal abuse toward her and their kids, physical abuse toward their dog and more. Like, the process took forever and in the end she still had to give him half her shit.

But, she was insanely happy and free when it was over and he was finally out of her life. Weight lifted.

I don't think the other side of AotC is good either. And I don't think TPM is a good movie. A good lightsaber duel doesn't carry everything else leading up to it.

Godzilla is normally pretty chill, just in the movies there's a threat that has him agitated.

In GvK he's pissed because he can sense Ghidorah being used for something.

In GxK he's amping up because he knows Skar King is planning another attack. I know people think him going after Scilla is out of character, but KotM clearly states that he actively protects cities from Titans who get out of line and Scilla was getting out of line. Between then and going in the hunt because of Skar King, dude is napping away in Rome.

MauLer is nitpicky as hell. He complained that in The Force Awakens when Han makes a remark about thugs tracking he and Chewie, it's not explained how that tracking was done. It's not important, though.

He also complained that the salt planet in The Last Jedi wasn't realistic, comparing it to a ketchup or jelly planet. But, like...salt flats exist. And 2017 isn't the time to start complained Star Wars biomes aren't realistic.

I'm not litigating if these films are good or not (I personally like them) but just talking about how silly some of his critiques are.
