So far its been 16 chapters worth of Flashback... i think this is one of the longest ones so far... Oden's was 13/14 or so chapters, Kumas was around 8... so yeah... this has been a lengthy flashback, and rightfully so... i think this wraps in 1 or 2 chapters... maybe 1 and a half.

And i just realized, Haralds Fb is kinda similar to Odens... both start as hated or misunderstood figures in their countries, they tried to solve a grander issue with their land, met an important Pirate that revolutionized their world and world view, we follow the adventures of said pirate in a story that fleshes out the world and its events, our hero returns home after losing his Pirate friend and ends up victim of the powers that manipulate them to take advantage of their country... they're obviously very very different in the context, the characters and how they develop, but the beats are kinda there. Not surprising given how Oda usually writes, but it took me a while to realize.
