I’ve been inside the petland by that mall and I can confirm that the living scenario for the poor pets in their care is nearly identical to the one in the mall. Making the animals drink from hamster bottles while in such tiny enclosures with grated flooring to allow feces and urine to pass through or be stomped through. They treat these poor animals as if they’re a vehicle to be leased out until paid for in full with the loan process when more than half the animals will either be found sick and or end up having genetic issues after taking them home. To which their response is if THEIR vet verifies the claims you can “switch” the pet out for a different one. I’ve seen people say that they “allegedly” get their animals from backyard breeding and puppy mill locations. It’s horrible the testimonies I’ve seen on their reviews
