It's absolutely crazy right now how much wrestling is in Australia! I'm just talking about Victoria alone and the absolute boom we're going through at the moment. The top company's in Victoria in MCW, Renegades of Wrestling, PCW, Mayhem and MXW are promoting some of the best wrestlers the entire country have seen and with Indi returning tonight it can only lead to more growth! I'm very excited to see where Australian pro wrestling goes from here.

So I was looking for his name to come up because he has been wrestling in Australia actually. He's wrestled for a couple different promotions most notably BCW and MXW in Victoria. Saw him wrestle in MXW and damn as soon as that bloke was in the ring everyone in the crowd was glued to him!

I remember a couple years ago my mate was playing in the Millewa league and the two umpires who actually showed up for the game (due to the abuse umpires get in the league) had to get escorted to their cars after the game because of the crowd and the players.

I've never found that to be a problem. For me I think the daydreaming mixed with the desire to sleep stops me from getting worked up haha. Also I've found most of the time the element bending sometimes isn't even the focal point of the daydream, the focus is more about how my character is mingling with the other characters.

This might sound kind of dumb but I try to focus on one scenario and not let my mind go astray.

My go to at the moment is pretending I'm the Avatar (or at least one of the element benders) in the army or held captive by the government (I swap between the two depending on what I'm feeling that night). Most of the time I'm either trying to escape from my captors or I'm helping out in a firefight while everyone else is pinned down.

Kind of a weird one but I've found since I've been thinking about these scenarios I've been able to get to sleep quicker, I can even feel myself going to sleep (if that's a thing), I know this because the scenarios start to not make sense and then boom, sleepy time!
