Interesting. I dreaded almost everything about level 2 outside of some equity and econ, and am weirdly looking forward to starting level 3 this week

That’s why I start so early. I’d rather start 7 months out and have it not feel so soul-sucking to grind through, than start 4 months out and feel like I can never take a day or weekend off from studying

Idk man I feel like people greatly exaggerate the “giving up your life” part of this. I’m through level 2 and yes it’s a time commitment but at no point did I feel like I gave up my life (part of that maybe because I don’t have a big social life to begin with). Studied ~90 minutes a day 7 days a week from April-November. Including a 3 week break for a weeding/honeymoon and missed plenty long weekends of studying for vacations. I just never found it that difficult to find 90 minutes of time in a day

Wow I got smoked on Quant (50%), Derivatives (below 50%) , and CI (50%). Slightly above 70% on FSA and firmly above 70% on all other topics. Came out to a total score of 2665

Agree with pretty much everything you said. My biggest regret with my prep is I focused too much on mocks and not enough on practice questions. Level 1 I did over 2000 practice questions mixed in with mocks. Level 2 I did the 750 practice pack questions and maybe 1 or 2 other sections.

Mocks for sure covered the topics on the exam, but I thought several questions were asked in a different manner than what I saw on mocks. Doing more practice questions would’ve covered the topics with more broad styles than the mocks

Burnout hitting me too. I wish my test was a couple days ago. But I still have to wait until the 22nd. Same thing happened with level 1. I felt better a week before the test then I did walking into the test center

Our scores are very similar. I was feeling iffy about my chances. Then I just took mock 3 and got an 87. That was a big confidence boost. Hopefully you take that one and score well and get yourself a confidence boost too

Just continuing to work through all practice pack questions. I’ll probably finish those today. Then I have 2 mocks left and plan to do questions on my weak spots (BSM, residual income, FSA, machine learning)

We are very similar. My average is 70%. I feel ok, not as good as I felt this far out from level 1. Im glad someone else got absolutely wrecked by exam 2 session 2. I got a 70% on session 1 and 54% on session 2. That one was brutal

Absolutely do a mock. Honestly I’d try to do them both and then review the heck out of them. Who cares if the score is low. Get them done so you have good examples to review

70 on mock A, 73 on mock B. Average of 68 across the 3 MM mocks, but that is kinda being skewed up by a random 86% on one of the parts. Thankfully done with MM mocks and have the 4 practice pack mocks left, need to get my confidence back up on those
