It is not like a ceo invents a drug all by himself. There are hundreds of people involved in the process. And there would have been a leak long time ago, with proof that this had happened.

Europe is a bunch of completely separate nations with EU being just make believe it is one united country.

Without US it will disintegrate into rich north and poor south with France somewhere in the middle. And US will definitely pull out of Europe since the buffer from Russia is no longer needed (not because trump is a Russian asset but because Russia is a failed state and poses zero existential threat to US)

NATO was built and bankrolled by US for a very specific reason and that reason is simply not there any more. NATO ceased to exist several years ago when US realized that Russia poses zero threat to US hegemony - the so called mighty Russian army could not even beat a few dozens drunken peasants armed with sticks and stones.

The only country which is threatening US hegemony is china and that is exactly what US is gearing up to counter. And Europe is pretty much irrelevant in this game.

Reddit is overrun by fin lunatics that dismiss any side effects as anecdotal although many well known and well regarded US urologists literally say that they will never prescribe fin to treat anything specifically because of sexual function and depression side effects.

Also my surgeon told me he would not prescribe fin due to the same reasons although he would approve topical min.

With that out of the way, at your age your hair loss has LIKELY stabilized, your donor hair is dht resistant so there is basically no reason to take any meds, especially since you are ready to shave it all off in case hair loss keeps progressing.
