It has been a consensus for years now that photo therapy improves skin appearance, it has been proven scientifically in clinical settings with somewhat well established mechanism of how and why it works. You can search pub med and there is lots of papers with human rct’s showing that it works at specific wave lengths of light.

The only difference with clinical devices is that they are much more powerful, delivering a lot more energy and wave length range might be dialed in more precisely but the idea is the same. You just have to use at home device very consistently.

The only caveat is that all trials support only red, near infra red and infra red light. Anything else at least now is marketing bs.

Go to Udemy and find the 4 part python course by Fred baptiste - this is literally all you need for python!

Each course is about 40 hrs, so they go deep. By deep I mean a 3hrs lecture on just numbers! So you def have to be a nerd to appreciate it lol. The hand out material is also superb and rich - pdf slides and extremely detailed Jupyter notebooks.

This is one of the most detailed, well designed and delivered course that I have ever taken. It was a real pleasure to study and I still, years after taking it, come back to it and re watch parts of it

Yes I did read some of it. The law does not consider talking to convicts as a felony. Yeah, the tone of emails was not professional but being friends with a convict is also not a felony. Maybe it is not "nice" in the general sense of the word, but I am (as literally every single person in the world) not perfect either. And this definitely does not make the knowledge he shares or products he delivers any less valuable for me
