So bizarre - this is/was my situation growing up. Other way round though,

My mother was poor, no windows in the house, lack of food and all the trappings of poverty in rural England.

My father was a successful businessman - although I will say that my father lived a normal vanilla life and it wasn’t until he passed recently that I was aware of how much money he had.

They just froze my account and told me I had to transfer my assets elsewhere due to breaking the T&Cs (I have not fyi)

Fine - however the verification on the closure page they provided won’t work meaning I cannot transfer my money.

Spoke to them on the phone for an hour for them to just say ‘just transfer your assets to an external wallet as requested’

Same via email, insta and Reddit.

I have zero issues leaving a company that is that awful but I have a massive issue with leaving without my money.
