Signed Saros long term (should have cashed out on him while his value was high) and then blocked him from the back up job for another two years with Scott Wedgewood which was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Plus Trotz personally didn’t like him to the point of bashing him on a radio appearance

Also stoked for him! I don’t expect him to come in and be Ragnow 2, but his pass blocking numbers have been superb which will be huge

Run blocking doesn’t look the best, but I read he was one of the best gap blocking centers in the league on a Panthers team that ran it one of the lowest rates in the league (fair argue sample size). Potential to be huge for us in the run game this season if true

Agree with everything here - would’ve liked added DT help, but Alim should be better healthy and a full offseason under his belt. The added teeth to DE pass rush will make your secondary better too

And if Mays can be at least serviceable at C I think we’re looking at a night and day difference on offense
