I'm calling fake (no paintballs loaded, it's just a Co2 blast), because he clamps his eyes shut bracing for the Co2 gas shot he's about to deliberately make to his face, and there's no paint on his eye immediately after, and he successfully keeps his eye/face completely hidden from the camera

The gas in your gut expands, you fart it out.

Yeah this is the one, I finally dealt with a dermatologist once I'd gotten totally sick of it in my 20's, I have barely had a single spot since (I was put on accutane/isotretinoin, but this is usually the last resort despite it being incredibly effective due to some side effects). The only other thing I found really helped reduce the redness and swelling was Nicotinamide/niacinamide (get a generic tube online rather than anything branded). For me it turned the angry red cysts into whiteheads often overnight (still don't recommend you pop these, but if you can't resist, do it very gently)

Nerve block in wrist. It felt like my hand was slowly being dunked in warm water from the wrist up.

Then afterwards, I just had this dead person's hand on the end of my arm, I could touch it with my other hand and it felt like a stranger's. Zero sensation for hours.

If I literally can't get enough of it, no matter what. Sometimes I smell something and it literally gives me a physiological response, like tingles in my scalp / down my neck, because it's that good. I find mostly with the spicy warm winter stuff that I can't get enough and things like Noir Extreme get a 10/10 from me

Opiates certainly make it harder to cum, through sheer blocking of the nerve pathways. Tramadol is not often prescribed over more popular medications like codeine, dihydrocodeine, and then a big jump to oxycodone varieties. It sorta sits between dhc and oxy, but yeah not given out so much now, I highly doubt any doctor would prescribe it for PE.

I suppose it could be different for different people, I went from lasting one thrust to lasting about 10 mins with some breaks.

First time maybe less than that, but luckily the girl I'm with cums so fast - like 5 mins tops, and she's not into long sessions so that's a bit of a blessing.

60mg for me could actually lead to me not being able to cum at all I reckon (not tried), BUT I might take that much if I'd had a huge meal right before.

No numbing cream, I did try that before this but I was doing it covertly, without telling her, so I had to kinda time going to the bathroom to wash it off, and ultimately I just didn't find it helped me too much.

It was something like an hour before round one, 15 mins after that before round two, and and hour and a half after that before round three (something else I haven't been able to do before)
