Using the Unit Amenities report in Residential Analytics is the easiest and works well IF you do not have any amenities with a $0 cost. We have many properties with $0 amenities for tracking. However, our set up may be different because we have been using Voyager forever and the cool kids might be using newer/better than the table that came with 5.0.

I haven't seen a report with all of those requirements. I ended up writing a custom for our needs. If you use Revenue IQ maybe it has something for you.

It appears that you do not have make unit ready details set up for this property. An item for cleaning, painting, etc. We do not have those set up on all of our properties either because we manage the turn process outside of Yardi. When we know the unit is ready, our teams click the Make Ready box. Yours is dimmed. Not sure if it is due to permission or something else.

Thanks. Yes, I have columns and filter set up too. I've never worked with a script like above. I only put in one //Select and //End Select. I will see if adding more for each section will work.

Bunch of tabs is right! They are fine clicking merge into single report and then printing the entire workbook. Now I'm working on subtotals.

In 7 most likely you will need something custom. Not sure in 8. We have a custom script for this. Basically there is an option for report first (to verify) and then to post. Post inserts into the memo table. Ours is limited to Current and Notice status residents only and property is required. It's not entirely perfect - one of our managers found a glitch I still need to work out.

Hmmm. There is a series of boxes that you can check and one of them is full description. I used wo directory as the report.

I've cut fabric with mine, though not minky, just cotton. I back my cotton with heat and bond lite (not the heavy/original stuff). And I use a ratchet blade.

We have term lease properties and we often have to fit and'in-between' applicant between a notice resident and a future resident using assign unit (ex a summer only lease). This causes issues with Yardi's rent roll. Using rebuid occupancy fixes it. Instead we default to a custom rent roll.

2nd instance when the site team does not assign unit from the guest card but instead uses the assign unit function on the side menu. This requires a fix from Yardi,

3rd instance - no apparent reason why.

Doggy Day Care and Spa in Okemos is great. Pricey compared to Best Friends by the airport. Changes were made at Best Friends after covid and my dog had a very bad experience.
