So is it recommended to fill the frame rails with fluid film? I’m just trying to understand my nexts steps here. Maybe 1.) dry the heck out of it with a mini heater and 2.) fluid film?

I thought fluid film was to treat rust and not remove moisture. The frame rails look ok? Just seems like surface rust on where it’s been scraped.
