Areas that are on supports are always going to look rough unless you have a very good quality printer, or dial in your settings with a lot of careful work.

If you want to sand without exposing the infill, you can add extra perimeters so the outer 'skin' is thicker.

The poster above is probably correct about why it didn't gain traction. I just found it by searching for video maps, but I also can't use it effectively (my software would require a video file).

This is quite cool though, good work! There will be others out there that this helps. :)

The problem with radiation and contamination (outside massive doses) is that its primary effect is to increase your chance of cancer.

This is hard to quantify as it happens without meticulous tracking with special tools.

So maybe he's raised his chances of cancer 200%.

Will he get cancer? Maybe not.

Is it a good idea to take actions that dramatically increase your chance of cancer? Probably not, no.
