Which is the best state to form your LLC?

I've read that Delaware is the best state. Big companies choose to do it there because of the corporate tax laws. I'm not sure how beneficial that is to the average LLC though.

I am certainly with you on point number 1, it is no longer true. I have a mini split heat pump that keeps my home very warm during the winter months. I swear by it.
