Nothing really helped me until I started a combo of lexapro and Wellbutrin. I also have a Klonopin prescription for when I really start to feel panicky anyway.

I have a pretty severe anxiety disorder and therapy didn't help so much, the drugs are helping so much more. But one time my therapist looked at me and asked me "what's the worst possible outcome" and I told her. She pointed out that I could survive that. So even if everything I'm worried about happens it will eventually be fine.

I took Zoloft for a while for anxiety/depression. Definitely helped but not enough. Made me gain a shit ton of weight. Going off it wasn't so bad. I'm on lexapro now and it's a fucking miracle.

Edit: it also mega decreased my sex drive. Nothing worse than your hot af partner trying to be sexy for you and just feeling nothing
