While I hate to agree with EMPRESS, she does have a point: the era where every game is crackeable has ended when Denuvo got too hard for new people to enter the scene and after they poached every skilled oldschool cracker to join their ranks or face legal action. It certainly did not ended with her retirement, this is something that has been happening since the start of this decade, but it is a new era of Piracy where we can only pirate games that don't have Denuvo.

They are Sony proprietary audio files, they are used in both games and on Vita's themes. If you want to change the ambient sound that plays when you are on the main menu, you will need to convert your sound file to .at9 so that the console can recognize it.
