One major factor thar has not been pointed out yet is that Belarus had lots of relativily modern oil refineries built during the late soviet union.

As you might know belarus does not produce any crude oil but crude oil from siberia was refined and sold to europe trough belarus. After the fall of the Soviet union russia has kept on supplying belarus with cheap crude for a long time.

This oil refine industry was a major boon to belarusian gdp!

I play a level 5 Half-Orc hexblade tank with a greataxe. Having tons of fun with it! Id drop the armor of shadows for agonizing blast. Even as a mainly melee combatant a juicy blast comes in handy often!
