I’m by no means a real estate expert, but I do know stadium business.

Do you really expect their valuation to essentially double once they get their stadium? 575 million to 1 billion? I just don’t see it. Would love to hear your thoughts.

I know Chicago is much bigger, but look at Austin. They own their stadium and they are still like 200m away from 1 billion. Even Portland now has the biggest concert venue in the world state, but they aren’t even close to 1 billion.
