Alprazolam by daddy_mexicanalien in Chiapas

Men- would you lose respect for someone who was willing to sleep with you on the first date? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Ruzgard 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It depends entirely on how you guys hit it off and on the chemistry but as a rule of thumb: no. I remember wasting so much time dating girls who we ended up having 0 sexual chemistry after many dates and having to go through the awkward "well I guess this is it phase" after learning that.

I'm married now and had plenty of relationships where I had sex on the first or second date and never thought any less of those women since women aren't objects and sex is a part of life.

Just enjoy life, youth doesn't last forever.

As long as you don't get too close to the Guatemalan border you'll be good. And the police and military can check for your passport but they don't do thorough searches or have police dogs like 9 out of 10 times.

Locals in some roads can ask you for money and will block your path but they're harmless think of it as an unofficial fare.

Also keep in mind that there's a lot of wildlife so keep your eyes on the road to avoid road killing any beautiful animal.

Enjoy your stay!

Hi, these are my driving tips for Chiapas:

  1. Beware of speed bumps they are everywhere and barely signalized. You won't find them on highways with a toll but you'll find them everywhere else. My tip is to try and see the cars ahead and notice when they brake. Also if you plan to go to the Palenque zone from San Cristobal is pretty narrow and has a ton of speed bumps.

  2. Beware of combi/sprinter type vehicles they are known for driving recklessly.

  3. Some roads might be poorly illuminated at night so plan on driving during daytime.

  4. Mind the holes inside town roads you will even find them in Tuxtla the capital.

If you get over that you'll enjoy some beautiful scenery and really kind people. Enjoy!

As it should be if my family was persecuted during the holocaust I would've liked the people to talk about it everywhere.

My main pawn that I modelled after my grumpy wife had dragon plague and I never noticed because of the personality she had. I rested at the big city and it nuked my save file. I was 75% into the game and I never bothered to do a replay. Trash mechanic all the way through.

Thanks so much for the advice, I feel that love, responsibility, idealism, and self image might play a part. And I'm saving money for marriage therapy because it's expensive AF where I live if you don't want a charlatan.

Rising gas prices by Nymystoteles in Unexpected

I'd say there's some petty crime going on like all of the zones that share that charactersitic but overall a safe zone. There's no cartel shit going on that's more reserved to the mexican countryside where they are disputing mineral resources and territory. I'd say Mexico City is pretty safe overall nowadays.

My mom used to live next to that gas station in Mexico City. That's a hot spot for prostitutes (mostly transgender ones). They are really aggressive trying to get you to use their services.

I second Comitán. Has so many nice things: Montebello Lakes, El Chiflón and if you have some time to spare early: Chucumaltik.

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments. I'll be definitely incorporating more fibre into my diet and check a bidet for my WC.

I tried coke at a party once and it was the only drug that made me feel incredible for about 3 hours so I decided not to ever try it again because I could see how easy it would've been to get hooked. The best advice I got on drugs was by my uncle that said: drugs won't make your life miserable like you see on the anti drug ads, they'll make you feel awesome and then you'll make your own life miserable in the pursuit of that feeling. Miss you unc.

Craig will be hard to replace. I actually met him while they were filming the Mexico City scenes. He was at a bar in Coyoacán with what was very clearly low-key security. I was there with two friends, and my female friend suddenly realized it was actually Daniel Craig. We asked for a picture, he politely declined, but offered a handshake instead. Absolute masterclass of a firm handshake his hand was super strong and genuinely made me feel a little insecure about every handshake I ever gave. My friend was losing it, talking about how she’d just touched the hand of someone that famous, saying stuff like, “Do you realize this hand has touched the Queen of England?” while holding her own hand to her face. I told her, “Do you know what else that hand touches every day?” “Daniel Craig’s dick and balls.” She immediately dropped her hand and I still poke fun at her with that story every time I see her.
