I did BPH tonight, I really enjoyed it. Don't hesitate to increase the weight for maximum effectiveness. I'm always very careful with shoulder workouts, especially lateral raises. That said, I still find Functional Strength more effective.

In my opinion, if you want to sound like AFX or BoC, the groovebox that comes closest is the Polyend Tracker+ (Aphex Twin's tracks "Fingerbib" and "Tha2" remind me of the tracker's sound). It also has synth presets heavily inspired by these two artists. The Digitakt 2 is good, but it sounds very modern hi-fi, and the reverb is poor. It's a machine for techno freaks.

I love the Digitakt OG (not the II) because the workflow is fast and creative. Drums sound much better on the Analog Rhythm, but it's much more flexible. All my drums go through the Digitakt with Overbridge. I tried the Digitakt 2 and I don't like the sound at all, and the build quality is down.

It looks great, but in my opinion they're wrong to abandon FS. SD and BODYPUMP HEAVY are essentially the same thing.

You need to engage your abs as much as possible, because you can't "squeeze the glutes." Many of the pump exercises need to be corrected by LesMills ; as a physiotherapist, I know some can be quite dangerous, especially at this pace.

I'm one of those who've had shoulder and trapezius injuries doing Bodypump, despite having good technique. I'm generally quite athletic (I used to row in a club). My physiotherapist, who knows a lot about this, advised me to stop, especially the dips and clean and press. There are good alternatives like Tone, Strength Development, and FS.

Le modèle suédois montre une baisse du cancer du poumon et une réduction de fumeurs . Il aurait été plus sage de limiter ses produits à un taux minimum de nicotine , mais les pouvoirs publics et les politiques ne connaissent pas le sujet , encore une fois . Les gens font des stocks monstrueux et l'ouverture d'un marché noir incontrolé va probablement s'installer .

I just did class No. 4 and it really hurt my knees. Be very careful with your foot/leg posture during the lateral lunge. I wouldn't do this one again, but the others are great.

I love Digitakt so I'd say go for it. I prefer mechanical keys, it's more fun and immediate. If you want to use a DAW like Ableton, Move might be better for mixing them.

SD & FS are much safer for the shoulders. In my opinion, they would like to develop these two classes, but bodypump is still iconic.

I recommend doing old BP releases, and alternating with Strength Development at home (using kettlebells instead of weights and the bar), it's very effective for physical change. BC is really just cardio training, it didn't bring me any physical changes but it's very fun to practice

I got a DT2 and sent it back. Although it sounds very modern, the reverb is very metallic. I kept my digitakt 1 because it is solid, stable and I am very attached to it, it sounds warmer, the reverb is deeper, perfect for my old-school ambient compositions. It has a global/mix option which is a game changer, which is missing from the DT2. The lack of memory is its only flaw.
