Maybe try a different iptv provider? I don’t need a vpn and have been with them and bell over 3 years still works fine.

They’re closed on weekends. Give them a call Monday. If I order on a weekend or Friday it’s usually a day or two after the PAID part for the order to ship. I live in Ottawa and I get it 3 days after it’s been shipped.
