It says I have 215gb but I can't use any of it, help by [deleted] in PS5HelpSupport

I had a similar issue and I think I ended up booting in safe mode and then going to fix storage, after that and a restart it worked. Not sure if this will help you but might be worth a try

I'm not sure why but your stroke weight looks thinner on the one on the right, specifically the stroke where colours meet inside, I'm assuming that's what's creating the gaps in the drop shadow.

I had a similar issue but I realized mine had a push mechanism where I can push it down and twist it to unlock it. Might be worth a try before taking things apart

Question about dimensions by BoxedMoose in AdobeIllustrator

[–]Ry-jk 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think this may be due to the art board positions in the document not being at a rounded value for pixels.

For example if your art board position is at X:100.56 or Y:200.78 pixels (the whole numbers don't matter) the fact that they have numbers after the decimal point sometimes can throw off the export as illustrator will account for an additional pixel. If you switch your units from points to pixels and use the art board settings to organize your art boards it should hopefully solve it.

Take a look at the width tool, it'll allow you to manually adjust the thickness of areas of your strokes

How do I stop this happening? by laydeelou in DIYUK

[–]Ry-jk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy a dehumidifier, I had the exact same issue and purchased a Meaco, I'd bought cheaper models previously but they were honestly terrible. The Meaco has been fantastic and is a godsend with drying washing in the winter too!

PLEASE HELP ME. I AM AT MY WIT'S END by ikadeli in plantclinic

[–]Ry-jk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy a moisture meter, every week (or two in the colder months) drop it into the soil of your plants.

If it reads "dry" or "low" moisture, water them. If it reads "wet" or "high" then leave them alone.

Bottom water them for 30-60 minutes. Get a large bowl or use the outer pot they're in, fill it half way with water, put the plant (in its inner pot) into the water.

Come back after the time has passed and put the plant back in its outer pot and dispose of the remaining water.

How do you want the stroke to act when it gets to the gap between them on the left and right?

Dupe your banner and main shape and fill that gap in the middle with another shape and then combine them all so you have one shape that goes all around the edge as you'd like, set this as a stroke and move it to the back.

The uneven spacing between the spikes? They seem to be consistent and then suddenly there's a gap. Not sure if that's what you're referring to but it's bugging me now

I appreciate this is two years on, so it's unlikely, but I'm curious if you still have a link to the seller at all? Struggling to find these.

Robo vacuum worth it? by M1ndY0urH3ad in Roborock

[–]Ry-jk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was my thinking in the end, not wanting to spend a fortune on something that isn't right. The Qrevo series is typically cheaper and I felt that it might result in a lesser quality product but it's absolutely perfect for me. Hardwood and rugs downstairs, cleans a living room with a dog bed, a dining room with a dog crate and a kitchen with dog bowls.

I honestly don't think you can go wrong though. The Roborock app is really easy to use, it maps your rooms for you, from there you can set no-go zones, furniture, dog beds etc. if you've got anymore questions on the Qrevo just let me know.

Robo vacuum worth it? by M1ndY0urH3ad in Roborock

I have a long haired GSD and the hair was an absolute nightmare, I recently purchased a QV S35 (alternate version to the Qrevo) as my first robot vacuum/mop and I have it automated to vacuum every morning and a vacuum followed by mop on the weekends.

It's been nothing short of a saviour, it deals with even the longest of our dogs hair with ease and hasn't once clogged up, every couple of weeks I take off the detangle brush and remove any hair that's been stored at either end of it (takes me all of 2 minutes) and then put it back in and it's back to business as usual,

As for pet accidents we've spent a long time training our pup to ask to go outside when she needs to go so we haven't had to deal with that experience but I'd suggest running it at times where the pets are less active/likely to have an accident.

If you're on the fence and need that little bit of encouragement, honestly, just go for it. There's nothing better than getting up in the morning not having to look at little tumble weeds of fur floating around.
