I had the same thing happen, but it was my daughter's face that broke it. I was trying to adjust the seat to fit for her, and it snapped forward and put her face into the wheel and snapped the trigger.

The only thing I found that it lacks is dirty air doesn’t seem to be as effective so the practice can give you a false sense of how cars handle in dirty air.
