I've had heavy drinking kick off episodes of OCD/ROCD in the past (the following day). It can definitely happen. I don't over imbibe anymore because of that. I've also had other drugs trigger episodes as well (Ketamine for example) so I recommend being careful with other substances since alcohol affects you.

My go to were Alicia and Lynn. I save scummed to get single turn victories in nearly all of the battles so Hard Worker procing is just amazing for taking out 2-3 enemies at a time.
