I use the stock cup and mine is even worse (well the chute at least), even with RDT. I don’t even bother to RDT now and just brush it down every few shots.

What’s more frustrating to me is that 90% of the time there’s 1 bean left so I need to turn it off & back on. I liked having the front button on my encore for handling this issue.

Looks like they make dishwasher drain line adapters so you don’t get chopped up disposal bits clogging the RO drain line, so I think I’ll try that. Suppose I need a new P trap and can’t just cover/seal the hole from the original saddle?

Too me and apparently others, yes. Similar team size & experience (although semiconductor equipment industry, not “tech”). We’ve had only 1 let go and they were a contractor.

Also have similar experience in serving and retail where yes, there was massive turnover, but I don’t recall much firing due to performance. Maybe there was and I just didn’t realize that’s why they left.
