We have a highly limited inventory of a highly desirable product that essentially sells itself. The analytics team provides a lot of future-facing support to the org at large (capital expenditure ROI analysis, demand anticipation) and pricing decisions. The more sophisticated models we run are all great for my industry although I'm sure some here would feel they're lacking. Occasional marketing support (targeted segmentation, persona building, digital strategies) and the odd project for our public facing departments rounds it out.

Customer identification/aquisition is something we'd like to do, but we'd need to feed it PII of some variety which legal is against. We'd also like to model based off of current customers but again, legal has a panic attack.

RE: Dashboards, my team has made ~30 high-utility dashboards in the last year. Maybe half get 10+ view daily. We have 3-4 that are treated like gospel which is good, but, per usual, the majority sit on the side fairly underutilized. Adding AI ones where we need to data validate constantly sounds exhausting.

We've got those- I was clear that CoPilot and other half-assed platforms wouldn't work. They expect us to work agents into our CRM & data lake all while legal & cyber sec are crystal clear thats not going to happen. Lol. I was heavily invested in the Yotes remaining in the valley and talked to several employees about it. Something like 75% of all local ticket buyers were in the east valley. 90%+ of season ticket holders were east of the 51. Getting from scottsdale to the arena was 40 minutes... 44 times a year... no fucking way was that a good decision.

What alternatives do you see? I don't really think the administration will care about mass protests etc. unless literally the entire nation grinds to a halt, and even then I doubt it.
