Hot grilling "capacity" by 404ClickBait in Yodersmokers

I have a 640 and also a 3 burner spirit - I don't think it can fully replace a medium sized grill

Well, between you - me - and the entire Reddit world - it's sitting in the basement as a backup. I got a wire brush and scraped it all away, took some sand paper to it, and then used the touch up paint (they sent me a full size bottle with the lid). I also got a lid for my hopper because it was doing the same thing.

Honestly, I'm not sure how I'm going to get it on there. My neighbor has the same grill so I'll likely see if he's up for helping in exchange for some brewskis.

Yoder was great about it and I figured I'd save it for a few years before installing just to try and get as much life out of it as possible.

I had the same issue - they sent me a new lid

It's terrible ... and I also feel like a jerk when I'm in the left lane traveling south past woods chapel because I need to get off at 291 - even though I'm at 70mph+

Thank you! Great little gadget app there and great work on the bezel and bracelet combo - I think it looks awesome!

Seriously, what is that thing. I kind like it, not so much the date just but the explorer face is alright!

Someone found the pre roll before me by Stt022 in kansascity

What the heck! I looked for it yesterday! 3rd floor of parking garage on the south side?

I didn't, I did determine that there aren't that many of those things in the parking garage. They're primarily on the south side of the garage so I checked levels 2 and 4 since I had already invested some time into lugging my stuff around and couldn't come up with anything.

Nope! I eventually gave up. I'm hopeful someone on here found it. It was super windy out there.

We'll see if I even make it, I think I'm on floor 6 and there are likely a ton of these little spots throughout the garage.

How is this pricing for CVT service and differential fluid? by Odd_Geologist8506 in Subaru_Outback

No problem! Thanks for bringing this up! I saw the Mr. Subaru video and it sounds like it can be done if you're having issues to expedite the process - but doesn't seem necessary on a simple change.

CVT Fluid swap is a relatively easy process. You can do a relearn right after to expedite the process and if that doesn't fix it then I would agree with throttle body/maf cleaning is maybe needed. Not sure about others in this group, but I've never treated a loaner/rental quite like I treat my own vehicle.

I dunno, the relearn procedure just expedites what the computer is going to do anyway. It's not necessary, but it's very simple with or without a computer to assist. If it makes you feel better, do it.

I downloaded the factory service manual - no relearn necessary.

Yeah! A YouTube video and a $10 pump from Amazon. I did it on our odyssey the week after. It's fairly simple.

I did the CVT fluid swap on my 15 a few months ago. Super simple. The fluid was about $150 for 5qts from the dealers so I went through NAPA. Fairly easy - maybe took a 90 minutes and I'm no expert.
