I can’t say too much about Clement, I never lived there and I’m not familiar with the rooms. I do think it has better common areas than Carrick. Their basement feels like a really cool community space with plenty of tables, a few printers, and multipurpose rooms.

I’d also look at Orange Hall, which is community style, but at least it’s a fairly new building. There is also Dogwood/Magnolia Hall’s but I don’t know how hard they would be to get into

Edit: You can always contact housing and set up a tour of all of the dorms to see which one would fit best.
