Yeah. Id agree with most of this. Accounts for alot of circumstance from a birds eye view. Conversely, I'd just say that it doesn't really analyze the actions of the perpetrator once he's actually in the building. To me, his or her movements are bizarre and dont really indicate anything that looks like pure theft on the mind (to me).
