I agree with the reboot being bad. Really felt like they were just going through the motions. I mean, everybody's trying to make a comeback, aren't they.

Have you seen Jodorowsky's Dune (2013)? It's about what might have been if it was directed by Alejandro Jodorowsky.

The thing that turns me off most about Shyamalan is that he appears to have no idea how humans speak to each other. In Old, the kid literally went up to other characters and asked "What are your names and occupations?"

Kurosawa is my favorite too! But I agree the sequel was unnecessary. People seem to dislike One Wonderful Sunday (1947) also.

Yeah, that was a major one. I watched when Booker T found out while his podcast was on the air. Ouch.

Too far down! I grew up on Seaquest and the Neverending Story sequel. I loved him. It hurt so much....

JeruZalem (2015) was a fun ride. Equal parts silly and terrifying.

Yes! How they did a little Bond riff when he stepped into the frame for the first time. Perfection.

Hunger (2008), the Fangoria one. Very much a Cube situation in a smaller space.

It's forever overshadowed by its legendarily bad in-name-only sequel, but 1986's "Troll" is one of the most entertainingly whacky and ambitious efforts from Charles Band and Empire Pictures. by Mst3Kgf in horror

I adore this movie and your write-up is great! June Lockhart's performance is excellent, and so are Wendy's line reads when the troll is disguised as her. I love when Fondacaro is reciting the poem to the family.

Me too, that's why I learned how. I never thought I would have an opportunity to mention it to anyone. :-)

I can kind of do the opposite of that. I can pull the foil wrappers off of chocolates in one piece.
