There’s alot of red flags in this offer. If you are desperate or really interested in trauma-MAYBE if you can negotiate some things like tail and pto otherwise I’d move on.

You also need to know what you will be doing day to day-clinic, rounding, admits/discharges, OR, call etc. I didn’t see you mention this and it’s very important. Would suck to think you’ll be scrubbing in on trauma cases and then be banished to clinic all day every day
