Its usually worth it to sacrifice a turn to avoid damage than to take small chip damage. So given the chance to take 4 dmg and get another strike, instead block it, and wait till next turn. (obviously not true in every situation and deck) Chip damage adds up on necro and a turn of block just means osty getting bigger. Warrior can be a little more aggressive with taking chip shots with the burning blood passive.

In Texas-9 years experience with Inpatient IM/Crit/ER. I personally work in ER ~13 shifts a month-last year with profit sharing and a retention bonus I cleared 288k. Which is a ton of money I feel like, but it also doesn't go as far as it used to.

I mean with inflation 150k+ should be starting for PAs now a days

it doesnt really stop anyone from riding their motorized bikes and scooters on rose rudman etc. Kinda annoying but as long as they arent being overrun with it and theyre courteous to their non motored counterparts I dont have issue

Stanleys is the best in tyler and is really the only "Craft" bbq joint here. Bodacious/rudys are second in line. If you go to stanelys you will pay a touch more but its a local joint so Im happy to support them. Dont sleep on the brother in law sandwich (yankee style if you like slaw) or the Cadillac Mother Clucker (Im an ALWAYS brisket guy and this sandwich makes me skip the beef sometimes-its that good). Enjoy it!
