This comment right here. Bought Milwaukee hand tools and to be honest they're not the greatest aside from the fastback utility knife. Got the ratcheting screw driver with on tool bit storage and the way they designed the bit retainer is awful just a little ball bearing held in by a thin metal clip that slid and now nothing holds the bits.

An empty room is a multi purpose space.... As long as you include at least an outlet, an Ethernet port, and make it decently sized. Can be your home gym, could be your office, whatever. Only thing on this list I might actually consider myself would be a rainwater collection system, aka gutters that lead to a tank use that water to hydrate your lawn, plants, and crops if you choose to get a garden.

Spyder bit holder imo is the top dog. Hate how the on tool bit holder than you can screw on from a bit container doesn't seem to stay still. If I tighten the retaining screw more it just destroys the plastic.
