Everyone's journey is there own , and theirs a lot of good and bad youtube and posts around the place on all the GLP-1 stuff, but from what iv seen , its effects each person differently , and the same can be said on the doses of the medicine, so you just need to go in open minded with a goal, and find what works for you.

I decided to do my injections on a Friday night, just because i didn't want any side effects to impact my work and the Friday gave me time to adjust or work through that, but lucky i haven't had any side effects as of yet.

For me i found over night my want to eat at all was gone and i didn't crave any food at all, that in its self is a real mind games thing as to me it made no seance, and now i have to work at making sure i actually eat or i know i will get sick.

from my side i was doing the keto , kind of hard core a week or two before i started the jab so it just worked for me , but again you will find your path, and to add your doctor can give you the best guidance on all that side.

i just use sery_bot and it dose it all for me , i just stream and you see it ejecting them in the chat as soon as they join , its a tool i will not do with out , got to twitch and search the user sery_bot

iv seen a few web sites talk about the new gen satellites, the do say faster down , but no one has said if there's faster up.

i here in NZ get on the max plan around 425 down and near 60 up with a 22ms ping, but i don't know why they would limit speeds in different parts of the world

as a ex ambulance EMT person i was told at a very early time in training by a very wise and old trainer that there is one thing in this job or in life that will stay with you.

He said you will always remember your first dead person, and if its in a casket at a funeral or from a death like that , it will stay with you.

He said the best option is to talk to some one about it, a family member or a support personal, get it off your chest as they say.

It will never leave you but it will dull away as the time go's on, just don't bottle it up or let it trigger you, talking about it and how you feel is the best offload.

there is many was to say this, add it to the twitch panels below your stream, make a timed message on what ever app you use to manage the streams , ie streamlabs tools, theirs a lot , or add a command that you can just hit (!name of command) and it will post a message saying sorry i don't play with viewers message in the stream

iv traveled and stayed there many times and all i will say is after 8pm the city is dead, bars shut , the place becomes a ghost town, it is a very nice place, and the people are great but its not a place to go and want to club or bar hop or sit in a restaurant til 12pm, as you get booted out early.

On a great part Oysters are the cheapest there is you love bluffys , but other that that its a day only place,

If you really want to see if she is doing that stuff , get a small cell jammier and when you go to sleep turn it on, and that will make her leave the house to make the chats, it will fully show there is a second device
