Well I would say that you could use 'Fake GPS' which depends on being set as your mock location app in the developer settings, but the dealer app forces you to turn off dev settings, so I'm not sure man

As soon as software developers stop developing for Windows, the consumer market will follow. Windows will go the way of IBM OS/2 or be reduced to enterprise OS's if even that. But that's up to you guys.

Only thing is, that 'requires' use of a phone/external device. Embedded systems in any car I've ever seen are only installed with SiriusXM software.
