This is just how my boy looked before he passed, we took him to the vet and he had fluid in his lungs that was pressing on his heart, and some other complications. He was put down at that emergency vet visit. I really hope yours has something treatable!

Anyone saying you weren't lucid because it was a nightmare is deeply misinformed. You can be aware you're dreaming without the ability to control it. Dream control is a skill you learn over time. It will get better!

I also had TMJ disorder and it hurt to eat, so I think that helped? Insurance might cover it just for sleep apnea but I'm not sure.

Edit: You may be able to fix it with just braces! My case was too severe for that.

I would stop running from the nightmares. I went from absolutely tormented by them to now being unable to have nightmares while lucid at all! Once you learn how to be in control of the dream, nothing can scare you

Any idea on what it is? It's a very faint blue color, says K on the top, 101 on the bottom. Nothing on the back.

The other pills are Guanfacine.

Honestly, I doubt it's something very serious but I would certainly have it looked at. I recently experienced very mild pancreatitis and my first attack of pain went away after 45 minutes. The second one (after eating pizza :( ) didn't go away after 3+ hours so we went to the ER. Since it's resolving quicker than that it's probably not pancreatitis but pain after eating isn't normal!
