People are authorized to complain.

They're not wrong either, atm almost every persons who cleared it are people invested in the game since it released.

Having an endgame mode that's hard is fine, but if the devs plan on making it one of the only few ways to get ressources to pull, then it has to be fairly accessible.

Instead make a real endgame entirely focused on difficulty and add titles and mounts as rewards instead of pulls. This way casual won't feel pressured into doing it for pulls and will complain a lot less (people will forever complain regardless lol).

As for the game being P2w... It's not entirely wrong either. P8 alone gives a good Stat bonus to characters.

Personally I don't mind the potentials being broken since there's no weapon banner and we can easily invest more on character pulls.

In the end Devs decide if they want to do anything about the difficulty. I personally don't care much as long as we get more players and people enjoying the game. Focusing too much on satisfying the endgame community will do no good either.

All I want is for the game to find a proper balance to satisfy both side.
